জনাবআত্তাবউদ্দিনবিশ্বাস 1967 সালেখুলনাজেলারফুলতলাউপজেলারআলকাকারিগরপাড়াগ্রামেএকদরিদ্রপরিবারেজন্মগ্রহণকরেন। তাঁরপিতারনামরাঙ্গামিয়াএবংমাতারনামনুরজাহানবেগম।তাঁরপিতাবসতবাড়িতেঅল্পপরিমানজমাজমিওতাঁতেরউপরজীবিকানির্বাহকরতেন।পরিবারিকঅস্বচ্ছলতারকারণেঅল্পবয়সেতাকেসংসারেরহালধরতেহয়।সংসারেরঅভাবঅনাটনেরকারনেতাঁরলেখাপড়াসম্ভবপরহয়নি,অপরদিকেঅর্থেরঅভাবেতাঁরপৈত্রিকতাঁতব্যবসাবিলুপ্তেরউপক্রমহয়েছিল।সেইসময়তিনিবিআরডিবিভূক্তসদাবিকঋণকর্মসূচীরআওতায়দামোদরকারিগরপাড়াপুরুষদলেরসদস্যহিসেবেভর্তিহনএবংসর্বপ্রথম =7,000/- টাকাঋণগ্রহণপূর্বকব্যবসাপুনারায়তাঁতব্যবসাশুরুকরেন। 2010 সালেতিনিনিজবাড়িতেএকটিতাঁতস্থাপনকরেন। ব্যবসাহতেঅর্জিতমুনাফাদিয়েঋণেরটাকাপরিশোধকরেনএবংপুনারায়ঋণগ্রহণকরেন। এভাবেতিনিবিগত 2015 সালপর্যন্তঅত্রদপ্তরহতেঋণগ্রহণকরেছেন । বর্তমানেতাঁরব্যবসারমুলধনেরপরিমানআনুমানিক =5,75,000/- (পাঁচলক্ষপঁচাত্তরহাজার) টাকা। যাবতীয়খরচবাদেতাঁরবার্ষিকপ্রকৃতলাভ = 95000/- (পঁচানব্বইহাজার) টাকা।

তাঁরউৎপাদিতগামছামুলতফুলতলা ও নিকটস্থবাজারেবিক্রয়করেন। এছাড়াদেশেরবিভিন্নএলাকারপাইকার ও খুরচাক্রেতারাতাঁরনিকটহতেগামছাক্রয়করেঅন্যন্যঅঞ্চলেবিক্রয়করেন। এমনিভাবেতিনিতাঁরনিজেরব্যবসারউন্নতিসহএবংপরিবারেরউন্নয়নেঅবদানরেখেচলেছেন।

বর্তমানেতাঁরনিজস্বতাঁতমেশিনেরসংখ্যা 04 টি। সেখানেতাঁরমাধ্যমেপরিবার ও আশেপাশের 06 জনলোকেরকর্মসংস্থানসৃষ্টিহয়েছে। সেখানথেকেপ্রতিদিনঅনুমানিক 28 টিগামছাউৎপাদিতহয়। পৈত্রিকবাড়িরমাটিরঘরেরস্থানেপাকাবাড়িনির্মাণকরেছে। তাঁর 02 জনছেলেমেয়ে, তাঁরাএকজনখুলনাপ্রকৌশলবিশাববিদ্যালয়েস্মাতকোত্তরএবংঅপরজনখুলনাসরকারীবিএলকলেজেস্মআণশ্রেণীতেঅদ্যায়নরত। এলাকায়তাঁরএখনযতেষ্টগ্রহণযোগ্যতাবেড়েছেএবংপল্লীজনগনেরআর্থ-সামজিকউন্নয়নসহতিনিদেশেরপরিবেশরক্ষায়গুরুত্বপূর্ণআবদানরেখেছেন।তাঁরসহায়সম্বলহীনজীবনেএনেছেনসম্ভরতা।

‘‘A successful story of a beneficiary of BRDB’’

Mr. Attab Uddin Biswas was born in 1967 in a poor family at AlkaKarigarpara underFultalaupazilla of Khulna district.His father name is Ranga Mia and Mother’s name NurjahanBegam. His father used to make livelihood by small land&loom business. Due to economical insolvency the liabilities of his family goes on him at early age. It was not possible for him to continue his study for poverty on the other hand his father’s loom business wasabout to close for capital. At that time he has admitted himself  as a member DamodarKarigor para man’s group at SODABIK loan program of  BRDB and at first he has taken = 7,000/- taka loan to run his business again. In 2010 he established a loom machine at his home. He has paid loan through his earned business profit and takes the loan again. He has taken loan from this office from 2015. His capital is now about 5.75 lakes. His yearly profit approximately =95,000/- excluding all expenses.

Hissales produced towel (loom product) at Fultala and nearest local market.or else wholesalers and retailers from various parts of the country buy his plants and sale them in rural area. In this way he has developed his business and his family.

Now he has 4 loom machine his own. There he has created 6 people employments of his family and surrounding people through his business. Every day there he produces approximately 28 towel (loom product). He has built a concrete bungalow instead of muddy house in his father’s land. He has 2 children, one of his children stayingin Masters at Khulna Engineering University and another children stayingin Khulna Govt. BL College in Honors. Now there is an acceptance in his village and He is contributing in rural socioeconomic development and protecting environment by using co-operative power under BRDB. He has brought property in his impoverished life.
